  I love the smoothies BUT there's only been one time that I've went there and had a good experience with customer service. Ive been back 4 or 5 times and each time the customer service is terrible. The girls don't greet you or even act like they care. This place definitely needs to work on their customer service.

  This is a top notch business! They have a clean store, very fast service and the friendliest employees you'll ever meet. Oh yeah..... The Power Punch Plus is incredible too! Keep up the great work!!

  I visited Smoothie King yesterday in search of a smoothie that tasted great and fit my daily regimen. Upon entering the store, I noticed that a young female, Shania R., greeted me with a smile while which made me feel welcome to the store. There was another young female at the register, Kirsten H., who was quite knowledgeable of the menu. I asked about several smoothies and was redirected back to the smoothie that wold fit my regimen. She answered my questions adequately, while remembering why I was there, and continued to guide me in the right direction. Shania and Kirsten, keep up the good work ladies. You make Smoothie King shine.

  I enjoy Smoothie King, however, the staff are never friendly, they do not greet you when you arrive and when you place the order they act like you a bother to them. When your order is complete they supposed to call your name but you can never hear them.
