  Constantly running out of basic ingredients, beef, beans, rice. Also, the service is very polarized. One night, everyone is super friendly and fast and attentive to customer experience. Then the next night the whole crew acts like speaking to customers is a waste of their time.

  Relatively new store. I expected a much cleaner place. Floors were sticky everywhere I walked, all the sauces were sticky, lime one had opened and was all over the place. The cooks were working in a pile of food. All the tables were dirty except one. Order took 11 minutes. Iced tea was empty. What a wreck...

  During our visit the staff was very friendly. We have a complicated order and they took the time to make sure it was correct. The manager also spoke with the other patrons in the restaurant. The food was good and the service was great. I also overheard the manager leading and teaching his people the art of customer service. I will return.
